Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers fantastic water views from the rooms at 11:30 at night, which were amazing; however, some rooms face the parking lot. The service was very helpful and cheerful, yet there were some issues with cleanliness and amenities. The location is right in the middle of town on the river, providing a plethora of activities within walking distance. The dining experience was a bit sub-par due to minimal options available. Overall, a convenient and lively spot with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though clean and comfortable, had a strong old smoking odor. The service was exceptional and the location superb, but the lack of towel availability was frustrating. The dining options were limited and overpriced, while the facilities were average.
The hotel was overpriced due to Hoopfest, and the room smelled terrible of cigarette smoke. However, it could accommodate three people, and my room facing the playground was fantastic when my grandchildren visited. The rooms aren't soundproof, making it challenging to sleep if you're sensitive to noise.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was nice and big with a view to the garden and river, but being on the ground floor at the end of the building meant dealing with noise from the parking lot. The service was friendly but rushed, and the dining experience was really disappointing with limited options available. The location was ideal for my needs, being centrally located with easy access to downtown Spokane and the convention center.
The hotel offers a beautiful view but may have more traffic noise due to road proximity. It is conveniently close to the lobby and the restaurant, although cleanliness could be improved.
Upon arrival, I found the rooms to be in need of a little sprucing up, especially in terms of furniture and curtains. However, the service was responsive and the staff were friendly enough. The location was perfect for walking my dog and exploring downtown Spokane, making it a great choice for families. The dining experience, while nice, could use some improvement in terms of variety. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for enhancement.
